During my stay, the replacement of water and tea was overlooked on one day, which was annoying. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm since AC wasn't allowed yet, making it difficult to rest. Additionally, sleeping with the window open was not feasible due to the noise of the city.

I was disappointed by the limited variety in room amenities!!! Additionally, the elevator service could be faster and bigger, especially during peak times!!!

One night, we got upgraded to a lovely room with a cozy balcony. Also, the breakfast was simply out of this world, homemade pastries and fresh cappuccinos that kept me going all morning.

Great restaurants nearby.

Amazing stay with lovely staff

We spent 5 nights in a Double Room and it was just perfect. Seriously, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast chef was like a rockstar with her delicious pastries and homemade granola. Plus, the free afternoon tea was a nice touch. The only thing was the room was a bit small for our liking.
